With highly-productive customer feedback and a few tweaks here and there, we feel we’re well on our way to achieving this goal.
One of our biggest timesavers – that a few customers aren’t currently aware of – is the ability to save your ‘favourite products’ for future orders.
This is particularly useful when ordering personalised uniform as it means you only have to design the item once and then it will be forever stored on your online account. This not only saves you time in not having to re-design your clothing each time you order, but also creates a consistent appearance throughout your company.
Below is a simple guide to saving your favourite products for future use.
- Design your clothing (if applicable) and then add this to your basket (by clicking ‘update basket’)
- Click the blue ‘save’ icon next to the product in your basket
- You will then be prompted to name your favourite product. After doing this, it will appear under a new product category called ‘Favourites’ (you may need to refresh your browser for this category to appear)

So next time you log onto the Shield website, you can click your ‘favourites’ category, select your personalised garment, and choose the relevant sizes you’d like to order.
If you forget to save a favourite product at the time of designing it, you can click the ‘My Orders’ tab at the top of the page and save items from a previous order.
