All year long, the little helpers at Shield HQ have been busy manufacturing and supplying corporate uniform. And now with Christmas approaching, we’re receiving a questions regarding Christmas delivery, which made us think it was time to answer a few frequently asked questions…
When do I need to order by to receive this before Christmas?
The simple answer is: as soon as possible!
We closedown for Christmas 22nd December and reopen 3rd January, meaning that any orders required before Christmas needs to be placed ASAP. At this stage we cannot guarantee it will be with you before our Christmas closedown, but we’ll certainly try our hardest to make this so.
If I was to order, will there be a carriage charge?
For any orders under £50 before VAT, there is a £6.50 carriage charge.
Aside from Christmas, how long does it typically take to receive an order?
For any personalised garments, we say to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. As for non-personalised orders, if they are in stock, they can be with you in a few days.
Where do we ship to?
It is possible for us to deliver outside of the UK, but we ask that you contact us before placing an international order as postage fees will vary.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order through our website at http://www.courierandtransportuniform.com or alternatively, you can pay by card (via phoning us) or by BACS Transfer.
